Each Flood Vendor has different strategies for keeping up with FEMA’s map updates, ordering methods and features that make their products more competitive, and we’ve got the inside scoop.

Our favorite new product is Equiguard. We like it because, like us, it is unique and helps your process work more efficiently. It replaces a title search by providing a Blanket Policy on any losses due to unreported liens on 2nd Mortgage Products. All you have to do is have the Borrower sign an Affidavit and you are covered.

Sasha Luger is President of Pinnacle Property Data, Inc. Her journey in the Mortgage Industry began in 1996 with National Flood Research as an Account Executive. She quickly became their leading salesperson and eventually their National Sales Director. After NFR was acquired, she started Pinnacle in order to give her clients product and vendor options. This has allowed her to maintain focus on being the clients advocate rather than the vendor’s salesperson. In her down time she loves hiking in the beautiful mountains of Colorado, travel and spending time with her sweet son.
